First we use a machine called a Sod Cutter to remove the grass to be replaced.

Next, grading is done to avoid water pooling and to level out visible lumps.

Then your dream lawn is professionally installed by our expert team.

How long will installation take?

Each property is unique so the time required for installation will vary based on the size and ease of installation. An average installation can be anywhere from 1-3 days for a medium sized subdivision property.

Can I walk on the grass right away?

You should stay off the lawn (except to water) for about 2-3 weeks after installation for optimal results.

How often will I need to water it after the install?

You will need to begin watering your lawn immediately on the day of installation. You’ll water for 15 minutes per area 2x per day (morning & evening).

How often should I cut the grass?

After sod installation, do not cut your lawn for 2-3 weeks.

Are results guaranteed?
